Cleaning luminettes

I have my luminettes for 11yrs. and was afraid to have them cleaned. OMG!!! they look brand new Michael took down & reinstalled it is wonderful to see someone have pride in his work. It would cost me today double the amount for what I paid 11yrs. ago. The cleaning price was well worth it.

Outstanding service, knowledgeable and professional staff, great warranty

In October of 1995, I called Instant Verticals for an estimate for Hunter Douglas Plantation Shutters for my atrium kitchen John arrived, extremely knowledgeable and personable. I agreed to his recommendations about the size and set up for my windows. He did advise me at this time that Hunter Douglas provides a life time warranty. I was so pleased with the shutters that in July of 2003 John returned and I ordered additional shutters for my master bedroom.

Over the years, some of the slats broke away from the bar. I called Instant Verticals hoping they could be fixed, at a minimal cost, forgetting about the life time warranty. I was pleasantly surprised to see John. He took the broken plantation shutter, replacing it with a privacy shade, and said that he should be back in a couple of weeks. I asked the cost, he responded, "It's under warranty." This occurred a few times over the years. The most recent call, John returned and asked if I could be patient while he looked into this. Of course I agreed. John, along with his manager reviewed my account history. The decision was made by Instant Verticals and Hunter Douglas, that brand new plantation shutters will be provided. Again, at no cost. I have never heard of any company having such a policy to stand by their product the way Hunter Douglas has done. It has been over 12 years. Instant Verticals is an outstanding company with competent professionals. John is wonderful! The office staff, especially Adele,is always available to schedule, reschedule and answer questions.

I would not hesitate to recommend Instant Verticals to anyone and will continue to use this company to provide me with excellent window treatments. Thank you John and Instant Verticals!

Remote control shades

My son, John Jr. and his wonderful wife Robin introduced my wife and I to your company. About 4 weeks ago we visited your showroom where we met a very nice lady named Christene who walked us through everything you have to offer. We selected honeycomb shades with the remote control option. Your installer just left and I am writing to inform you that he did a wonderful job as he installed the shades and when he completed that task he spent time explaining everything we need to know about the shades and the remote. When he left we agreed he did a great job and there were no questions left unanswered.

My husband and i needed to get new window treatments. For our den we called instant verticals .Joe the sales man had so many selections.Joe was very good at what he does he help me pick out Hunter douglas shades .when it was time for the install steve was on time. He was clean neat and took the time to make sure we knew how to use our new shades.I look foward to using instant vertical for my other rooms.

The technician, Mike was courteous, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. The end result of the cleaning of our blinds exceeded our expectations.

Best service and quality

We had just finished replacing all our shades using instant vericals 6 months before hurricane Sandy. We had 3 feet of water in our house. We called them a week after the storm and they came immediately to assess the damage and deceided that our blinds were could be cleaned and restored to there origanial condition. They came back looking like new. The service was great!

We are greatful that they were very honest they could have said they need replacement espically the solar shades in the den that covered our sliding glass door. All were restored beautifully. I want to thank Mike Moran personally for restoring my faith in small local businesses.

110% Satisfaction

I went to the store today expecting to pay well over $250 to have my blinds repaired. When I spoke to Michael the owner, he informed me not only was my repair under warranty but I could have them back the SAME DAY!!!!!! After I picked up my blinds I understood why he has been in business as long as he has. These guys get it !!!!!

Wonderful experience start to finish

Called instant verticals to replace my old window shades. Chrissy was wonderful on the phone, setting up a shop at home visit promptly. Ira the salesman showed up to my home with wonderful sample books and samples products. We decided on pleated shades with custom cornices. Ira helped me find just the right color combinations. The installer Steve did a top rate job hanging everything. He even vacuumed up after his work. I will recomend instant verticals to all my friends and family.

Extremely Happy!

I was converting my dining room into a den and was going with a nautical/coastal theme. Christine was very pleasant to work with. She immediately knew what I wanted and also knew that I wanted perfect. She took her time and was able to come up with a shade material that would compliment my room. It was white roman shade and we added navy banding. Christine was very professional and did not presure me and always showed sincere interest and always follwed through during the entire process. On the day I went in to pick them up she was not there but called and asked if I was satisfied and was bumbed out she did not get to see the finished product and asked if I could send pictures which I gladly did. I would definitely buy there again.

Motorized Hunter Douglas Arch

The shade is working great and doing just what i was hoping! The remote is so nice to have rather than trying to reach over the desk to open it up. I'm so glad we found you online and everything worked out ! Attached is a short video...it's a little dark but if you would like a better one,I can send onewith better lighting. As you can hear in the video , my pug did not know what the noise was so she barked a little. Thank you for your time and professionalism, it was very nice working with you.

Awesome Experience!

We just did a large construction project and dealt with a lot of people throughout the job. Instant Verticals was the best company we dealt with! They are very professional, knowledgeable about their products, and a pleasure to work with. They were there when they said they would be, helped me select the best product that was right for each room and understanding of our budget. The installation was very well done too which is the most important. We also had a mail in rebate for one of the products. They provided a stamped envelope, with the address label where to send it as well as the form I had to fill out was highlighted what I should fill out. I've never seen such attention to details that make the overall experience awesome. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to my family and friends.

Great service

I just had my vertical blinds installed. After having so much work done in our house after the hurricane, it was one of the most stress free things that I have had done. We will be using them again for my bedrooms. Quick & easy. Love them!

Broken Hunter Douglas motor fixed

I recently attempted to fix the motor on my Hunter Douglas vertical shade. The unit is ten years old and hadn\'t worked in three years. I called Hunter Douglas and they directed me to the rep who was nearest to my house. That rep examined my unit and said he needed to send it to the home office. I got a call five days later from the rep stating that Hunter Douglas examined the unit and they COULD NOT fix it. They said a new shade with motor would cost $750. I then found Instant Verticals on Google, called them, and they suggested I bring it in so they could take a look at it. They were able to fix my They will definitely be my first call for any future window treatment business as well.

Blind cleaning

We had purchased Silhouette shades from Instant Verticals 10 years ago and we\'re thrilled with their service and quality. The staff was very professional and treated us like family. Unfortunately, we experienced an oil burner back puff and our shades were in desperate need of a cleaning. When we found out Instant Verticals had their blind cleaning service, we immediately called them up and within 3 days our shades were as good as new. We would highly recommend this company for both window treatments and blind cleaning.

WE ARE THRILLED WITH INSTANT VERTICALS!

Having to replace our 25-year-old aluminum vertical blinds, the big outlets (Home Depot, Lowes) could not help. An internet-search brought me to Instant Verticals, and it was an excellent find. Chris, a lovely lady who answered my cold call, helped determine, with my photos and her samples, that we could do business. Ira, the knowledgeable, patient, and not-pushy salesman, came to my home to discuss options. Together we decided to order a new unit (track + slats) as it was more cost-effective than repair. The blinds were ready earlier than promised, and Mike then provided a smooth installation.....he was kind, professional and neat, with great attention to detail (he even pushed the couch back into its original carpet-holes!) An owner of the company, he is proud of his service and aims for customer satisfaction......he even changed my 3 heavy storm windows for screens! I Love My New Blinds

I went to their showroom in Farmindale and it was certainly worth going. It was big and showed every kind of blind there is. I was also impressed with the salesgirl and how we were treated.

After visiting several other smaller shops, we found the right place. It was refreshing to talk to someone that was knowledgable about the products and not pushy about trying to just sell you something. We set up a shop at home and the rep that came was also very good. Then they installed the blinds in the time frame that was promised. I really couldn't have asked for a better experience, and the best part was that there prices wer a little better than the other places we shopped.

Best Vertical Blinds Company on Long Island

I ordered vertical blinds from the showroom and picked them up the same day! The salesperson was very helpful and really knew what he was talking about. After going to several other places I found their prices to be better and the quality of service was excellent. Getting blinds in the same day was great. I could not ask for better service.

Although I am not 100% sure where or how we got ahold of Instant Verticals I am fortunate that we were able to hire such a great company. They have done work in just about every room in our house and many different styles, each with their own individual flavor. One full day all it took

Mike installed blinds for the entire first floor of our building. A 7500 sq foot area in an office building with numerous windows took him only one day. He was very detail oriented and handled the inhabitants of each office with extreme politeness. Mike responded quickly to our needs.
